Aux Sable Embers

About Aux Sable Embers

Hailing from the cornfield infested town of Minooka,Illinois, Aux Sable Embers displays an attitude towards music, as a "never give up" or a "fight for your dreams" mentality, which perfectly fits from their hometown high school's mascot, The Fightin' Indians! After numerous short-lived musical line-ups, Aux Sable Embers finally began to take it's newly found shape towards the begining of August 2007. With a line-up that was now steady, due in part to the recruitment of ex-Chicago with a Heartache drummer Aaron Schuck, Aux Sable Embers hit the studio a mier week after the addition, and managed to push out a 5 song EP -recorded at Nine to Five Studios, in Seneca,Il- that has easily sold out of the two pressings.
"A group this young shouldn’t be able to mesh like this," says Blake Solomon, a cd reviewer from www.absolutepunk.net, and that is just proof that age has nothing to do with talent. With sounds blending together like a mix of: Chicago's own; Alkaline Trio, The Falcon, The Living End, and local favorites, Ryan's Hope- Aux Sable Embers brings a variety to the table that leaves you wanting more.
